Terms and Conditions.

The following terms and conditions refer to the competition and any data entries on www.escapeadventcalendar.com.

1. The promoter is: Insync Games Ltd (company no. 12322142) whose registered office is at 27A Broad Street, Peterborough, PE7 1HA.

2. The competition is open to real people located in the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand,  aged 16 years or over except employees of Insync Games and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation of the competition.

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. Entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via www.escapeadventcalendar.com.

6. Only one entry will be accepted per person per competition available. Multiple entries from the same person on the same competition will be disqualified.

7. Closing date for entry will be 15th January 2022 at 23:59. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

8. A winner will be drawn on 31st January 2022 and the winner of any competition will be notified via email.

9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

10. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: Click the competition link on the members page, enter your first name, email and answer. (This answer is found on each calendar.) Then click the enter button to send your details.

11. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter via the website and social media channels.

12. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

13. The prize is as follows:  Escape the Advent Calendar prize is a Cryptex Round Lock 32GB USB Flash Drive. Size: 5.6x6.5x1.2 cm, Material: metal Weight: 0.15 kg with a value of £40. Mystery of the Half Eaten Carrots prize is a Cryptex combination 32GB USB Flash Drive. Size: USB flash drive 6.5x2x2 cm, Material: Zinc alloy covered in brass (with bonded leather strap) with a value of £40.

14. The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

15. Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all correct entries received and verified by Promoter.

16. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

17. The promoter will notify the winner and will request a suitable address for the prize to be sent to. The winner must be the recipient of the prize.

18. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

19. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

20. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by UK law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

21. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection and GPDR legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. 23. This promotion is in no way sponsored or endorsed. You are providing your information to Insync Games and not to any other party.

24.  Insync Games shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
